O29 processes personal data collected on o29.ma in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP.
Purposes. Data sent through the contact form or via WhatsApp is used only to answer the request and to arrange a room booking. O29 does not sell any data and does not use it for any other purpose.
Audience measurement. o29.ma uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel to measure site traffic and the reach of its publications. These tools set cookies and send browsing data to Google and Meta. Visitors may opt out through their browser settings.
Your rights. Any person has a right of access, rectification and objection regarding their data. These rights are exercised by email at o29bybotuha@gmail.com or by post to the registered office above.
