O29 by BOTUHA rents 5 equipped rooms by the hour, half-day or full day, at 29 rue Brahim Nakhai, Maarif, Casablanca. The first shared space for health practitioners in Morocco. O29 opened on 27 May 2021 and welcomes therapists, wellness practitioners and paramedical professionals, with no lease and no commitment. O29 is open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Rates are given on request via WhatsApp.

That is the difference with a monthly rental, which is paid for even on days without patients. O29 suits practitioners who are starting out, who consult a few hours a week, or who want to test the Maarif district before settling in.
A shared practice means an agreement with other practitioners, a fixed rent and a minimum term. An hourly room at O29 commits you to nothing: O29 handles patient reception, the waiting lounge, cleaning and equipment. The practitioner arrives, consults, leaves. O29 offers 5 different rooms, so you can change space depending on the type of session.
